Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Return Shipping Label
Customers are responsible for obtaining and purchasing their own return shipping label unless Tie Verse provides one due to a shipping error, damaged item, or defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Restocking Fee
Tie Verse does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you would like to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team within the 18-day return period.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
